1. TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Please read these terms and conditions in full before using our website. By using this site and registering to purchase any items from Fertility2u you are agreeing to understand and accept our terms and conditions.
Fertility2u.com and homecare-pharmacy.co.uk and associated parties exclude any liability, including that of negligence, for the content or products from the Fertility2u.com and homecare-pharmacy.co.uk website or any products sold through it, to the maximum extent permitted by the law of the United Kingdom.
This site provides an invitation to conduct a business transaction. If an order is placed, it is an offer to purchase, which Fertility2u.com and homecare-pharmacy.co.uk may accept or decline in its absolute discretion.

By making a purchase and continuing to use this site, you represent that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age and you have the legal authority to enter into this Agreement.

4. PRIVACY
Your privacy is very important to us and we comply with the Data Protection Act 2018.
We will use the information you supply to provide you with any products or services you have requested. Your personal information will not be shared with any organisation other than those directly involved in delivering the services you have requested for example, we may need to contact your prescriber regarding any prescription queries. Your contact details will be provided to delivery couriers to ensure an efficient delivery.
5. CHANGES TO OUR WEBSITE
We take care to ensure that all information available on our website is accurate and regularly updated this can lead to changes being made at any time. You should check our terms and conditions regularly in case of any changes we make as you are bound by them.
6. PRICING
All prices listed are in pounds sterling (GBP). Although we take care to ensure that pricing information is always accurate, prices for certain products can change regularly.
If a pricing error has been made or goods are no longer available you will be notified of this by phone or email. If you have placed an order and the product is no longer available at the listed price you will have the option to cancel your order without any charge or to continue with your order at the new price. Vat where applicable is charged at 20 percent in accordance with UK law.
7. DELIVERY
All deliveries are made via third party courier companies, for this reason once an order has been dispatched from our pharmacy any changes should be made directly with Fertility2U and not with the courier. Fertility2u will not be liable if any issues arise after changes have been made to a delivery directly with the courier without Fertility2's permission.
All deliveries require a signature on receipt (where applicable, contact free delivery when Covid regulations apply). Fertility2U will arrange a suitable delivery date with the customer at the time the order is placed. The customer must ensure that they or an authorised person are available to accept delivery of the parcel on the date and address agreed, if delivering to a third party address we recommend prior permission be taken from the addressee.
If a delivery has not been received within the time frame advised by Fertility2u, please contact a member of the team at your earliest, who will then be able to assist with locating the delivery. Please be aware that although most UK orders are sent via a next day delivery service, we cannot always guarantee that delivery will be made the next day. Fertility2u will not be responsible for any delays caused due to adverse weather conditions. Deliveries are made Tuesday-Friday, Saturday deliveries are available upon request and additional charges will apply. Deliveries for Monday are available; however, this will depend on the items on your prescription and your delivery address.
Where necessary, delivery comments will need to be provided, as well as authorised person/s to sign for delivery. Comments such as ‘leave in porch, deliver between 10am-11am’ will not be taken onboard as items cannot be left unattended and are specifically delivered between 8am and 6pm.
Deliveries to hospitals, pharmacies, military bases and business addresses will be delivered to a main reception or mailing room prior to internal distribution therefore we must recommend against delivering to these address types.
Deliveries to Northern Ireland will only be dispatched Monday-Wednesday if cold chain, and some areas such as Scottish Highlands, Wales and other remote areas may be downgraded to a two-day service via couriers, please keep this in mind when arranging deliveries.
Customers must be available via phone on the date selected for delivery, if contact from Fertility2u is missed this may result in failure of delivery. If your delivery is missed refunds are not possible and there will be a redelivery charge applicable for each order/redelivery.
8. STORAGE
Most medications have special storage requirements. It is the responsibility of the customer to open and check all storage instructions for the medications as soon as the order has been received.
Certain packaging and materials will be used to keep fridge items cool and within the recommended guidelines provided by the manufacturer, validated data on the packaging used can be provided if requested.
As with all medications, you should always read the label of any products you purchase so you may ascertain how to store each item and also any risks associated. Please consult your doctor before taking medications you have not had previously and similarly if you experience any major side effects.
9. ERRORS/CLAIMS
On receipt of your order you should check the contents immediately. If you have any queries regarding the contents or feel there may be an error with your order you must contact a member of our team immediately. If any of the contents are damaged or missing we must be informed of this within 24 hours from receipt of your order. Any claims made after this time may be dismissed.
Fertility2U will not accept returns or process any refunds for prescription medications unless these have been sent to you in error.
10. YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL
Cancellations can only be made if the order has not yet been processed. Once an order has been dispatched from our Pharmacy it can no longer be cancelled.
If Fertility2u have ordered a non-stocked prescription item to fulfil your order and you decide to cancel this, you will be required to pay for the item in full if it cannot be returned to the supplier.
If the courier has been unable to deliver because there has been no answer, a refund will not be processed.
Refund Exclusions
Unfortunately, you cannot return prescription medicines, or anything that has a hygiene seal that has been broken. You have the right to reasonably inspect your items as you would in a shop, but you cannot return items that you have used, unless you are returning them because they are damaged or faulty.
Once prescribed goods have left the pharmacy, due to regulations we are not able to accept the medications as a return or for a refund.

Personal Homecare Pharmacy has no liability over these websites and we strongly advise that you read the terms and conditions to these sites before making any purchases with them.

At Fertility2U we aim to provide high standards of service to our customers, and we appreciate that there may be times where you want to share your feedback, suggestions or complaints.
If, for any reason you are dissatisfied by our service, please contact us. A member of our team will fully investigate the issue and you will receive a detailed response and resolution to your complaint.
