Delivery within the UK can usually be made next day between 8am and 6pm.
UK deliveries
We aim to deliver all UK orders within three working days, although it’s usually within 24 hours, subject to stock availability and receipt of a valid prescription.
UK parcels are sent via LFE Transport, who specialise in medication delivery. Where postcode coverage requires it we may use DPD instead, and deliveries to the Isle of Wight and other offshore areas go by Royal Mail Special Delivery. You are given everything you need to track your medication, and a signature is required on delivery.
All medication is packaged discreetly – nothing on the package indicates where it is from or what it contains.

Storing your medication on arrival
Medication dispatched with LFE Transport arrives in bags: blue bag contents must be refrigerated immediately, black bag contents can be stored at room temperature.
If your medication arrives with another courier and it is a cold product, it is packed in cold chain packaging and needs to be refrigerated within an hour of receipt.
Charges
All prices except for non-prescription medication exclude VAT.
We charge a service and delivery charge that varies depending on the clinic your prescription is from and the medication prescribed. Please contact our customer service team for more information.
Deliveries are made to the address supplied to us. If the carrier returns an order to us, there may be an additional delivery charge for re-dispatch.
