About Fertility2U

With over 15 years of pharmacy home delivery experience, Fertility2U was developed as a specialist service for prescribed fertility medication.

Our focus is on accurate prescription processing, dependable delivery and clear communication at a point in treatment where timing can be especially important.

Specialist pharmacy experience, focused on fertility

Fertility2U is a fertility focussed homecare pharmacy built around the practical requirements of prescribed fertility medication.

Drawing on more than 15 years of pharmacy home delivery experience, the service has been shaped around the prescription, dispensing and delivery requirements that can make fertility medication particularly time-sensitive.

We work with NHS fertility services, private UK clinics and EU clinics, adapting the pharmacy process to the route that applies while providing a clear point of contact when prescriptions, orders or delivery arrangements need attention.

At Fertility2U, we are…

Resilient

Fertility medication can involve short timelines and unexpected changes. We respond by identifying what can be resolved within the pharmacy or delivery process, communicating clearly and escalating to the appropriate clinical team when a decision sits outside our remit.

Customer-focused

We design our processes around the people and organisations relying on the service. That means clear information, practical support and straightforward routes for prescription, order and delivery queries.

Innovative

We review how the service operates and look for practical ways to improve accuracy, communication and efficiency. Any use of technology should support the pharmacy process rather than add unnecessary complexity for patients, clinics or partners.

Agile

Requirements can change quickly in fertility treatment and in regulated healthcare. We adapt our operational response while maintaining the pharmacy, quality and governance controls that apply to the service.

Our role in the fertility medication pathway

Our role begins once prescribed fertility medication enters the pharmacy pathway. We receive and review prescriptions, dispense medication, coordinate delivery and provide pharmacy-related support within the scope of the service.

Clinical treatment decisions remain with the treating fertility clinic. Fertility2U focuses on the operational pharmacy steps needed to move medication from prescription through to supply and home delivery.

Meet the team

Behind the service are pharmacy, operations and customer support teams working across prescription processing, dispensing, delivery coordination and day-to-day enquiries. Their role is to keep information moving clearly between the people and organisations involved.

The pharmacy team were patient and kind whenever I called with a question. I always felt looked after rather than just processed.

Aisha, 2025

Discreet delivery to my door made a real difference. Managing repeat orders through the portal was genuinely simple.
