How your prescription route works
The steps differ depending on how your treatment is funded and where your clinic is based. Choose the route that applies to you.
Your NHS fertility service or referring clinical team sends the prescription to Fertility2U. We validate it, coordinate medication supply and contact you about delivery arrangements.
Your clinic sends us your prescription securely. Once it has been validated, we provide a quote and guide you through payment before the medication is prepared for supply.
We review prescriptions from EU clinics in line with the legal requirements that apply. Once the prescription can be processed, we confirm costs, next steps and delivery arrangements with you.
Once your medication is ready for dispatch, we arrange delivery under the appropriate conditions and provide tracking updates. If plans change or medication is needed urgently, contact our team as soon as possible so we can explain the options available.
