Our commitment

Fertility2U, a trading name of Personal Homecare Pharmacy LTD, wants everyone to be able to use this website, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, voice control or magnification. We work to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.

What we have done

• Every page can be used with a keyboard, and there is a link to skip straight to the main content.
• Images carry text descriptions, and form fields have labels.
• Text and buttons are designed to meet the WCAG AA colour contrast ratios.
• The site adapts to phones, tablets and desktop screens, and text can be enlarged without losing content.

Known limitations

We test the site regularly, but some parts may not yet meet every WCAG criterion. Where we find a problem, we fix it as part of our normal release work. Documents such as PDF leaflets from third parties may not be fully accessible, and we can send you the information in another format on request.
