News Update

Patients
Unless advised otherwise by your GP or NHS referring centre, patients must continue to take their regular medication as prescribed.

If you have concerns regarding continuing to take your regular medication you should speak to your NHS referring centre.

If you feel unwell, or may have come into contact with the Coronavirus, or have recently returned from one of the affected areas please contact the NHS in your country of residence for further advice.

Delivery Changes
Our frontline associates are being supported with additional personal protective equipment where required. As an additional precaution, necessary social distancing measures will be in place to minimises contact during delivery. Drivers may not be asking for a signature from patients or their representatives as a result.


As things develop, we are committed to working with hospital clinical teams to ensure we provide smooth and co-ordinated care. We have a plan to identify and actively manage all issues arising from the impact of the coronavirus to best maintain our service to you.

We understand the essential role that frontline healthcare professionals play in providing advice, support and a complete service during the coronavirus outbreak. This is a constantly evolving situation that we are monitoring every day, but our priority remains to ensure that our patients and employees are protected.


All of our patients must continue to take their regular medication as prescribed. Not taking medication can lead to exacerbation or flare-ups of existing conditions without the appropriate medical advice.
