Who are Fertility2u?

We’re a fully regulated and registered online pharmacy with 25 years experience, our dispensing and dispatch facilities are located in Leicester, UK.

Do We Provide Homecare Services?

Fertility2u has been providing fertility homecare services for over 5 years, delivering most items within the next working day. We work with a number of clincs in the UK and Europe.

I live outside the EU. Can you still deliver to me?

Yes if you are travelling out of the UK on holiday we can still help. Details of our worldwide delivery services are available on our shipping page.

Who is your Pharmacist?

Our superintendant pharmaicst is Sophia Suleman whose details can be verified on the GPhC website. 

Is your packaging discreet?

Yes. Your medication is delivered in unmarked and secure packaging.

All records and conversations are completely confidential. Read our Security and Privacy policy for further information. We are IG Toolkit Level 2 compliant as well as Data Protection registration.

Where do I send my prescription?

We will need the original prescription before we can dispatch the medication.

How much do you charge for delivery?

We charge a service and delivery charge that varies depending on the clinic your prescription is from and what drugs have been prescribed. Please contact our customer service team for more information. See our shipping rates for full details.

How long do I have to wait for my delivery?

Providing we have your prescription and all the medication you require is in stock, we can usually dispatch the parcel with next day delivery (UK), which will need to be signed for. We’ll also provide a link so that you can track the progress of your package.

How do I pay for my medication?

You can pay for your medication online by entering your credit or debit card details at checkout. This is a safe and secure system. If you prefer, you can call us on 01827 818 321 and make your payment over the phone with a member of our dedicated team.

Do I have to take everything on my prescription at the same time?

If you have a large amount of medication on the prescription but do not require them all at the same time, we can hold on to the prescription and dispatch the medication to you at a later stage.

What happens if I am not at home when you deliver?

We use Interlink Express for the majority of our orders. In most cases deliveries are made between 8am and 1pm and a 2 hour time slot is provided by SMS on the day of delivery.

If you are not at home when delivery is made, Interlink Exprrss will leave you a note explaining the date and time that they tried to deliver. They will take your parcel back to the nearest hub and you will need to re-arrange another delivery date and time with them. Or, you can collect the parcel personally from the hub, we would recommend collecting the parcel if you have missed the delivery as there may be items that need refridgerating.

How soon do you respond to emails?

We aim to respond to all email queries within 1 working day.
